Magic Mixers, LLC Catering Event Questionnaire.

Please send answers to the following questions to Magic Mixers using our contact page above for a quote!  

1.  What is the date and time blocking of your event?  And what type of event?

2.  How many guests will be attending?  

3.  What types of drinks? Mocktails, cocktails, wine, beer, etc. (which of our 5 packages)

4.  What specific liquors are you wanting to be served? (We will create the menu from those picked, or if you have specific mixed drinks you’d like)

5.  Is there truck and trailer access? (Outdoor for trailer)

6.  How long would you like to keep the bar open for said guests? And/or we will serve until out.

7.  Please describe your colors/theme.

8.  Dress code?

9.  Venue or private residence?  Address/location?

10.  Any particular non-alcoholic beverages we need to have on hand? 

11.  Any special requests? 

12. Do you have a budget in mind?

13. We usually provide it all for you, but we also know some prefer to provide certain things (liquor, mixers, cups, etc.). Is there anything you’d like to provide or would you like us to handle it all?  If liquors and mixers are provided by you, that cost will be subtracted from the quote as liquor is the bulk of the cost.
